There are no warranties which extend beyond the description of the products on the face hereof.

The validity, construction and enforcement this transaction will be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma and venue of any disputes will lie in the District Court of Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. If any provision or any part of this transaction is hereafter held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the transaction will not be affected thereby and to this end the provisions of any agreement are declared severable.
